Connect to a Remote Technician
Connecting to a remote technician is easy even without the Network Monitoring Service installed! When instructed by a phone technician, select the appropriate technician's name from the "Quick Connect" drop-down box to the left and click the "Connect" button. A download will begin. When the download is completed, click on "Run" (or double click the file if downloaded). Once a black box appears on the computer desktop, a technician will be able to connect to the system.
